Opportunities and News:
A- Thanks to everyone who has been helping with our brick cleaning efforts!
B- Speaking of brick - the Travelers Rest Historical Society has secured a few bricks from the old high school building to sell. They are being sold at City Hall for $10 each. The supply is limited because most will be used in the museum building. There will be a certificate to accompany each brick.
C- Thanks to Travelers Rest City Council - any funds raised or donated to Travelers Rest Historical Society will be matched dollar for dollar up to a total of $25,000! This is a perfect idea for a birthday gift, a memorial gift or just a chance to help save the treasures from our past. See the Pay Pal section of this website.
